Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery

Place your order by the following dates to ensure your order is delivered in time for Christmas.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - 3pm Monday 21st December

Royal Mail Special Delivery - 3pm Wednesday 23rd December for delivery by 1pm on Christmas Eve

Western Europe International Air Mail - 3pm Friday 11th December

Eastern Europe,USA , Canada & Japan International Air Mail - 3pm Thursday 10th December

Rest of the World Air Mail - 3pm Friday 4th December

In the week leading up to Christmas, Royal Mail will be delivering in the evenings and on Sunday 20 December.

In December, Royal Mail will also be offering a free redelivery to a local Post Office.

Discreet Plain Packaging

All our orders are sent out in discreet plain packaging.  There is no mention of Exclusively Eve on the parcel.  We are required by Royal Mail to provide a return address, however our company name is not mentioned.  This is done in order to protect your privacy.   

Invoices

We include your invoice in your delivery.  If your item is a gift and you do not want the invoice included please tell us in the 'Further Instruction' box at the checkout.

UK

We aim to deliver all completed orders in 3-5 working days for all in stock items. All orders are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.  Orders can be sent out Royal Mail Special delivery for customers wishing to pay a premium. This will ensure that your order will be treated as a priority & received the day following despatch. To ensure your order is delivered on the Saturday following despatch please select Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed. This service is particularly useful for order placed before 3pm on a Friday for delivery the next day. These services can be selected at the time of placing order. All packages will need to be signed for. If there is nobody available to sign for the package Royal Mail will leave a card advising how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery.  We cannot be held responsible for any private arrangements you have with Royal Mail for delivery of packages to an alternative address or safe place.

Outside the UK

We aim to deliver all completed orders in 6-8 days for all in stock items. All orders are sent International Recorded Mail. All packages will need to be signed for. If there is nobody available to sign for the package Royal Mail will leave a card advising how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery.  We cannot be held responsible for any private arrangements you have with your local mail delivery service for delivery of packages to an alternative address or safe place. We are required by customs to descibe the contents of the packages we send, therefore for confidentiality we will use such terms as 'plastic toy' and 'lotion'.

Orders over £30.00 are free of delivery charges within the UK

Royal Mail Special delivery £7.95

Royal Mail Special delivery - Saturday Guaranteed £9.95
Europe International Recorded Mail £10.00
Rest of World International Recorded Mail £15.00

On the day of despatch you will be sent an email telling you the goods have been despatched. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the situation and where possible give you an indication of when your products will be available.
