It is an unfortunate fact that many unwanted sex toys end up in landfill, however a considerable number of sex toys are made from materials such as plastics and glass, all of which can be recycled effectively.  In addition new laws mean it's actually illegal to send electrical goods to landfill.

Practically speaking,  many of us would feel just a little uncomfortable taking our deluxe rabbit thruster, or stallion g-spot down to the local car park (aren't recycling bins always in car parks?), or the local council waste collection centre.  That is why Exclusively Eve set up the ‘Recycla-Vibe’ scheme.   By sending your old sex toy to Exclusively Eve, you not only get the satisfaction of having it recycled - it is without the inconvenience or embarrassment.

How Does Recycla-Vibe Work?

Recycling your sex toys is as simple as 1, 2, and 3.

1. Wash your toy with an antibacterial sex toy cleaner, or soap & water before packaging for return.
2. Place your sex toy in a postal envelope & return to the address below.
3. We will take all returned sex toys to a Designated Collection Facility (DCF).

Many vibrators feature printed circuit boards, which contain hazardous metals such as lead, chromium, cadmium and mercury. It is the DCF’s responsibility to ensure that these are disposed of to the legal environmental standards. Specialist recyclers will normally recover these materials. If you forget to take out the batteries - no problem - we’ll recycle those too!
