Placing your first order

Placing your first order 


1. Find the items you want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. All our product categories are listed in the left hand column of the site & the keyword search box is located at the top right on every page of our website.
You can also find the product you want more quickly by searching by brand, price, colour or product type using the ‘Find the perfect gift’ search on the top navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, image or more info button to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to dispatch.


 

2. Add the items to your shopping basket


If you want to order an item from exclusivelyeve.co.uk, click the 'Add to Basket' button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Basket, you will see it appear in the quick basket at the top of the right hand column. Keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can view your basket at any time by clicking ‘View Basket’.

 


3. Proceed to checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Basket. If you decide that you don't wish to buy a particular item right away, check the 'save' button next to the title. The item will move from your current Basket to the 'Items saved for later' list below. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the 'My Basket’ section of your basket, click the 'Checkout' button. You will be taken to the first page of the order process.

 


4. Billing Details

Click the continue button. Fill in your billing details as prompted. 

 


 

5. Enter a delivery address

Tell us where you would like to have your order delivered.  If you have a promotional voucher to redeem you have an option at the bottom of this page to enable you to enter the details.  If you do not have a voucher click the ‘Proceed with Checkout ‘button. 

 


6. Choose a delivery method

If your order is over the value of £30 standard delivery is free. (UK deliveries only). If you wish to receive your order more quickly then select the Special Delivery option. Click ‘Proceed’.
Customers with an account, enter your user name (usually your email address), and password for your account, and click the 'Proceed' button.

 


7. Select a Payment method

Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. You can pay for your online order using the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Via Electron or Solo cards.  Please note we can also accept cash (postal orders) and cheque payments. Business and wholesale customers can also elect to pay via account or BACS transfer.  All orders must be prepaid, but remember payment will not be taken until we are ready to despatch the item.

 


8. Review & submit your order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, check the box that states you have read and understood our terms & conditions, and click the 'Submit Order' button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of dispatch.

 


9. Create an account

Creating an account with Exclusively Eve will enable you to track the progress of you order. You need a password for your account so that when you come back to Exclusively Eve in the future, you can use the same delivery address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your account information.

 


 

10. Check your order status

If you would like to review your order before it enters the dispatch process, click the 'My Account' link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.  Go to My Account.
