Payment Options

How do I pay for my order?

We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Via Electron or Solo cards.  Please note we can also accept cash (postal orders) and cheque payments. Business and wholesale customers can also elect to pay via account or BACS transfer.  All orders must be prepaid, but remember payment will not be taken until we are ready to despatch the item.

Secure online credit card

If you select this payment method, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details via a secure page that uses the latest 128 bit encryption system - which is the highest level currently supported by all web browsers (such as Internet Explorer and Firefox). These details will be passed (securely) to Protx.com, our Payment Service Provider. Protx provide the 'gateway' needed to interact directly with your specific bank or credit card company. This direct integration enables an immediate response and therefore ensures that your order is processed quickly, securely and with the minimum of inconvenience.

Credit card by fax or post

If you prefer not to send your credit card details to us via the internet, you can post or fax the card details to us. (Please consider that while we use the highest level of encryption available on the web to ensure that your card number cannot be intercepted, while ordinary post or fax may be less secure.) If you choose this payment method, an order form containing your address and the details of your order will be provided. Print this order form and add your credit/debit card details, then either fax it or post it to the address shown on the form.
NOTE: Your order will be recorded via the website, but it will not be processed until your completed order form has been received in the sales office.

Cheque by post

This payment method can be used if you do not own a credit or debit card, or you prefer not to use a card for payment. An order form containing your address and order details will be provided,which you will need to print and post back to us, along with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to Exclusively Eve.
NOTE: Your order will be recorded, however it will not be processed until your cheque has been received and cleared. This can take up up to 10 days from the point when you place an order.

Bank transfer

Choose this payment method if you would like to transfer the payment for this order directly from your bank to ours. Depending on the currency you are shopping in, you will be provided with an order reference and all the necessary bank details to enable you to make the transfer.
NOTE: Your order will be recorded, however it will not be processed until the transfer has been completed.

What about VAT?

The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 17.5%. Our VAT number is GB 868 0701 10. If you are a customer outside the European Union (EU), or if you are a non-UK EU customer who is VAT registered in your country, VAT is deducted automatically from your order in the shopping basket. If you live outside the EU you are responsible for any local taxes & duties charged in your country. There are no local taxes or duties (other than VAT) in the EU.

Why do I have to re-enter my credit card details?

If you are a returning customer, the first time you use the new website, you will have to re-enter your payment details even though you already hold an account with us.  In addition, if you want to use a new credit card or send to an address that you haven’t ordered to before, you will have to reenter your credit card details.  This is because we want to ensure the strictest security for all your personal details, especially your credit card details.  In future, these details will be held in ‘My Account’.

How do I use a promotion code?

Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. When prompted enter the promotion code into the box.  You'll need to enter the promotion code to get the discount or special offer on your order.
