What is ‘My Account’?


When you register with us, your information is stored in ‘My Account’. From there you can amend your personal details i.e. if you move house and need to change your delivery address. You can change your password and edit or remove credit card details (these are presented in an encrypted format for security). You can enter new credit card details when you make a purchase.  You can also check the status of an order, look up old orders for repeat purchases, and sign up for newsletters.

 


 

How do I update my personal information?


Sign in to ‘My Account’ to access and amend your personal details.

 


 

Do I need to register to shop online?


You can browse and shop our website without needing to register. However if you do choose to open an account with us you will benefit from a faster checkout process on future orders, and the ability to track your order.  You will also be sent exclusive offers and discounts available only to Exclusively Eve account holders.
When you register we will set up ‘My Account’. You will need to enter an email address and choose a unique password; these will allow you, and only you, to access your personal details.
Once you've registered with us, you only need to ‘Sign in’ next time you shop to use your saved personal details.

 


 

If you have shopped online at Exclusively Eve before

For existing customers from the previous Exclusively Eve website, your details have been transferred to our new website.  Enter your username (your email address), and your password to log in.  If you are not recognized it may mean that you are using a different email address or password.  You can either set up a new account or click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. You can then enter your email address in the 'forgotten password' box and we will send you an email with your new password right away. (You can easily change this password.) If your email address is 'not found' please create a new account.
